If arriving by Taxi, the Pepper Lane entrance is probably the most convenient. The meeting location is very close to this entrance. If you arrive by bus then use the Shinfield road entrance. From the Shinfield road you will walk across the campus to the meeting lcoation (approx 10 minutes).

The meeting will take place in the School Common Room, School of Systems Engineering (marked as building 38 in the map above). Enter Building 38 by the main door, turn right and the School Common room is just up the corridor on the left hand side.

Nearby accommodation includes:

1. Comfort Inn Hotel, a short walk from the Whiteknights Campus.
2. Black Horse House, located within the Whiteknights Campus.

It is best to book early (e.g. the Comfort Inn have told us they get very busy around the time of the meeting).

The Cedars food mall is a self-service food area that is open from 09.30 – 14.00 and incorporates:

• Indigo (opening hours 12.00 – 14.00): Fresh stir-frys as you wait; Traditional & exotic hot food; Salad selection.
• The Delicious Bar (opening hours 09.30 – 15.00): Fresh hot paninis; Baguettes, your choice of filling; Hot pastries.
• Food Express (opening hours 09.30 – 14.00): All-day breakfast; New range of hot food; Jacket potato selection.

We thought we would introduce you all to some fine traditional English food in the form of Indian and Thai Cuisine! (OK, not so traditional, but curry is very popular in the UK!)
